There are tons of options for toppings and you can serve over many different things including roasted spaghetti squash, parsnips, cauliflower rice, rice, potatoes, etc. You could even use it as a dip to serve with celery or chips! If you don’t like chicken thighs, you could also use chicken breasts but the cook time will probably be less.
