Preheat the oven to 180 C (350 F).
Mix the bananas, eggs, almond butter, butter and honey in a food processor. This can be done by hand if you mash the bananas with a fork first.
Add the coconut flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, salt, cinnamon and vanilla essence and mix thoroughly.
Stir in the chopped walnuts by hand.
Line a loaf tin with greaseproof paper.
Pour the mixture in the tin and bake for 50-60 minutes, until a skewer comes out clean.
