Preheat oven to 180C (350F).
Mix all the ingredients together, hands works best.
Form balls (golf ball size) and place on a tray in the oven for 20 minutes.
Turn over and cook for another 10 minutes. This will make a lot of meatballs (around 26) but they can be frozen or kept in the fridge for a few days. They are lovely snacks and perfect for lunch boxes. I served them with some stirfried vegetables with tamari and chilli sauce.
