In a container, melt butter and mix the mustard.
Lamb the fillet of slush and the onion rings with this mixture.
Bake for about 20 minutes to cook. In the final 10 minutes open and throw the almonds, bacon and cabbage on top.
When the steaks are cooked (I open the oven and cut with fork and knife to see if they are mills), transfer them to a frying pan to seal – believe me, this process makes a difference!
Pass them in the skillet will leave them crispy! I usually do the whole process in the iron pot – less dirt!
