1 cup almonds (chopped)
¾ c pecans (chopped)
¾ c walnuts (bits)
½ c pumpkin seeds
½ c raisins (optional)
¼ c sunflower seeds
¼ c almond meal
2 ½ tsp cinnamon
½ c shredded coconut
½ tsp sea salt

Wet ingredients:
¼ c coconut oil (melted)
¼ c honey
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract (optional)

Instructions – 1. mix dry ingredients (nuts and seeds) 2. Mix wet ingredients and then combine with dry ingredients 3. Bake on parchment paper at 300 degrees for 40 minutes, turn after 20 minutes, then turn again after another 10 minutes 4. Allow to cool before storing in an airtight container  8 Servings
